Engineering & Project Delivery

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of water, wastewater and environmental engineering projects throughout Malaysia.

    Compensation

    • Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month
    • Project allowance: RM2,000 per month

    Key responsibilities

    • Manage EPCC projects from award through commissioning and handover.
    • Develop project schedules, resource plans and execution strategies.
    • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
    • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
    • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders.
    • Monitor project costs, progress and contractual obligations.
    • Prepare project reports and management updates.
    • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
    • Experience in industrial plants, water treatment, wastewater treatment, utilities or infrastructure projects.
    • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Willing to travel and be stationed at project sites when required.
    • EPCC experience in water, wastewater or data centre utility infrastructure is an added advantage.

  • A Proposal Engineer to support tendering, process engineering and business development activities for water, wastewater, desalination and water reclamation projects.

    Compensation

    • Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,000 per month
    • Project allowance: RM1,000 per month

    Key responsibilities

    • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
    • Develop process calculations and preliminary equipment sizing.
    • Prepare process flow diagrams and technical submissions.
    • Review tender specifications and identify key requirements.
    • Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and technology partners.
    • Prepare cost estimates and proposal documentation.
    • Participate in technical clarifications and client presentations.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.
    • Experience in water treatment, wastewater, sewerage or desalination preferred.
    • Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with process calculations and engineering fundamentals.
    • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.

    Compensation

    • Prepare QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
    • Monitor construction quality and compliance with specifications.
    • Coordinate inspections, testing and quality audits.
    • Prepare quantity take-offs and measurement sheets.
    • Support progress claims and variation order evaluations.
    • Assist in project reporting and contract administration.
    • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Experience in QA/QC, QS or site engineering is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with construction drawings and project documentation.
    • Good analytical and organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD preferred.

    Key responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers and strategic partners.

    • Support contract negotiations and commercial proposals.
    • Maintain an active project pipeline and customer database.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

    Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
    • Minimum 3 years of business development, sales or commercial experience.
    • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
    • Experience in engineering, construction, utilities or industrial sectors preferred.
    • Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Existing networks within the water, infrastructure or data centre industries are a significant advantage.

  • A Corporate Services Executive to support administrative, HR and corporate functions across the organisation.

    Compensation

    • Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month

    Key responsibilities

    • Manage office administration and reception duties.
    • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and company events.
    • Maintain corporate records and filing systems.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration.
    • Assist in preparing management reports, presentations and board papers.
    • Support corporate communications, including social media and company announcements.
    • Maintain brand assets, templates and corporate identity standards across company materials.
    • Coordinate training records and company documentation.

    • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related discipline.

    • Process supplier invoices and payment documentation.
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
    • Prepare reconciliations and accounting records.
    • Support monthly financial reporting.
    • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
    • Assist auditors, tax agents and regulatory submissions.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
